Blazing noon-time sunshine in downtown Fairbanks (webcam image courtesy of the News-Miner). The temperature at the airport snuck down to 41 below around 2am this morning. This makes this the 6th day with a low of 40 below or lower this month, and the 7th thus far this winter.
