As the Winter Turns
Here's an updated plot of daily average temperatures this winter at Fairbanks. The mild weather now in place will be modulated in the valley by strong inversions when skies stay clear and winds stay light, at for the next couple of days. At 11am Monday, temperatures are near zero in the valleys and just above freezing at higher elevations. And the sun is shining.
